Joshua Chmielewski is the founder and lawyer behind Bytown Law, a friendly solopreneur practice focused on giving clients personalized, direct attention. Joshua personally handles every case in his core areas: Family Law, Wills, Estates & Trusts, Immigration Law, and Civil Litigation. Called to the Ontario Bar in 2023, Joshua is fully licensed and practices fluently in English and French. He holds an Honours B.A. from Mount Allison University and a dual-degree legal background (J.D./LL.L.) from the University of Ottawa. His education and bilingual skills ensure he can serve clients effectively across the community.
